Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling the goods in a way not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Additional information on returns, goods inspection, and country-specific regulations

Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be checked for defects, signs of wear, and their general condition.

For goods returned within the deadline, unused, and free of defects, the product value will be refunded via the originally used payment method or via Shopify.

The customer bears the direct costs of return shipping. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement of shipping costs is subject to the applicable legal provisions. For orders from Germany, Austria, and other member states of the European Union, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. In the event of a valid withdrawal, the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered will be refunded; additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery will not be refunded. This corresponds to EU consumer rules on withdrawal in distance contracts.

For orders with a delivery address in Switzerland or the USA, there is no voluntary right of withdrawal or return, and it is therefore excluded. Statutory claims, particularly for defects, incorrect deliveries, or transport damage, remain unaffected.

In Switzerland, there is generally no statutory right to return or exchange goods for online purchases.

In the USA, there is no general federal right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases; the FTC Cooling-Off Rule applies to certain off-premises sales, such as door-to-door sales, and does not generally apply to normal online shop orders.
